Meet The Founder/ Your Coach... Alonzo
My name is Alonzo and I've been a coach for over 10 years and have been apart of many journeys to healthier lifestyle.
I started Fit4Me (formely known as FitLife Training Studio) because I was that kid who grew up seeing his mom work day and night and put everyone first except herself and her health.
So with one goal in mind, and that was to help as many individuals as possible realize that reaching their health and fitness goals doesn't need to be overly complicated. Your main priority should be your health and everything else comes second!

Nutrition Basics:
Understanding the basic of nutrition is the center piece that makes everything work.
With Fit4me, we are huge fan of keeping things simple. That's why when it comes to nutrition we don't tell you what to eat, we simply show you how to make small changes so you can find a balance nutrition apporach that works for you.
Supportive Community:
We are only as strong as the support system we have
This may be the biggest factor to my past clients success. Having a support group that are like minded and can relate to your struggles is so important. This is why I created a private Facebook group where only our clients have access to. You can ask whatever questions and get direct replies from myself or fellow members.
Intentional Training:
It's not just about sweating, but being intentional
One of the biggest mistakes new members make is thinking they need to workout for hours or 5x a week just to get results. Our workouts are 45mins and each behing with a 10min warm up & stretch session.
Our workouts are centered around mastering the basics of the movement first and then progressing. You are your own competition, You vs You!

Being acountable is what makes all this work. All we ask is that you keep the promise you made to yourself when you joined! Whatever the promise is, JUST KEEP IT!
We also provide group check in calls to help KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE TO YOUR GOALS.

When, where and What time do we meet?
We will be meeting 3 days a week, Mon/Wed/Fri @ 5:30am. Located at 420 East Route 173, Antioch IL
How Long Are The Training Sessions?
Our training sessions are from 5:30am til 6:15am.
How much do I have to invest to be apart of this program?
21 Days for $97 to try our program out and make sure it's a good fit for you and for us. Our number goal is to make sure that we can help you get results first and foremost and also to make sure you are a good fit for the community we want to build.
What happens If I Need to cancel a session?
We understand things happen that can't be prevented, kids getting sick, flat tires, illnesses.. that's why we post all workouts in out private fb group.
What happens after the 21 Day program, can I continue?
Yes.. You will have the opportunity to continue with our program based on your performance during the 21-Day program. We try out best to make sure we have a community of like minded indivudals who are about progress, not perfection.
How Do You Help With Nutrition?
With nutrition being the biggest compenent of all of this we do our best to make it simple. We don't believe in meal plans or tell you what you can and/or can't eat. We simply help you build the nutrition plan that works best for you and you alone. Everyone is different so we do our best to personalize your nutritional approach to maximize your results.
